Show2All offers a “competion enhaced” kind of advertisment on the multiple platforms for
advertisers or day-to-day users, which can be purchased via our online page show2all.com
(hereinafter online page). The below terms govern the proccess of payment and add
ownership regulation.
Introduction
Show2All provides you access to post your media file and is restricted to only one at the time
of purchase. At the time of purchase advertiser or day-to-day user (hereinafter User) becomes
subject of the Show2All Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are collectively
an Advertisment Agreement.
Payment Terms
Users purchase (hereinafter bid) takes place in an virtual auction-style bidding system for ad
placement. The only way user may purchase ad placement is by placing a superior bid, which
will be clearly displayed on landing page. Inferior bids will not be returned and will be
considered as payment for the term of the ad placement regardless of its duration. Due to the
non-returnable nature of bids and the auction format, refunds will not be issued for inferior
bids.
Term and Termination
This Agreement will commence after receiving the confirmation of purchase from the “third
party we use for money transfers”, and may be terminated in case a) superior bid will be
placed; b) User’s use of platform to display the content, which is found to violate any
regulation directly applicable to Show2All or User within the Europen Union , including but
not limited to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, Regulation (EU) No 2018/1999.
Intellectual Property
Show2All reserves all intellectual property rights in and to the page, including, without
limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights. This
Agreement does not grant any user or third party any right, title, or interest in or to the page,
other than the limited right to access and use the Website in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions. Show2All expressly reserves the right to stream and publish screenshots of the
Website for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, marketing, promotion, and
documentation.
